Moorcrofts advises Videalert on sale to Marston Holdings
Moorcrofts LLP has advised the shareholders of Videalert Development Limited, a leading supplier of intelligent traffic management and enforcement solutions to local authorities on the sale of Videalert Development Limited to Marston Holdings Limited, the UK’s largest transportation and enforcement services group.
The Moorcrofts team was led by Teri Hunter (corporate partner), with support from Nicola Bennett (senior corporate associate solicitor), Adam Forder (associate corporate solicitor), Kierendeep Sahota (assistant corporate solicitor), Tim Astley (commercial / IT partner), Matt Jenkin (employment partner) and Ian Hylton (senior commercial property associate solicitor).
