Important Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information
In light of recent announcements from the government, from Wednesday 18th March the entire Urban Element team will be working remotely. As a digital business, we are already well placed to work remotely and so we expect little or no disruption to the service we provide to you.
Our website hosting platform will continue to be monitored 24/7 and maintained by us and our providers, and our phone and email will work as normal during our usual office hours of 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday.
Over the years we’ve deliberately built a broad knowledge base across the team so that we have enough resilience in the event that people are unwell and cannot work. As usual, our project management team will keep you updated if anything changes that might affect our work for you.
I’m sure there will be some minor hiccups as the country transitions to this new way of working for the next few weeks or months, but our aim is to make this as easy as possible for our customers and our team.
