Gardner Leader crowned the Best in Business
Gardner Leader solicitors are celebrating after winning two awards on one night – the overall Newbury Weekly News ‘Best in Business award’ and the best in ‘Customer Service award’.
The law firm, based in Newbury, Thatcham and Maidenhead, was crowned the ‘winner of all winners’ after beating a record number of entries for the coveted title of overall Best in Business.
Judges were particularly looking for an organisation that is a proud ambassador of working life in the West Berkshire and North Hampshire region. Gardner Leader, which has increased its turnover from £3m to £7.7m and doubled its staff numbers to over 130 in recent years, was recognised for achieving great things in the last 12 months including their financial standing, community relations and sustainability.
The team were also proud to collect on the night the award for the Best in Customer Service – an accolade given to a business that puts enormous emphasis on their customers’ satisfaction and experience.
Gardner Leader’s continuous improvement programme, Evolve, was highlighted by the judges for its compelling evidence on how the firm has enhanced its customer service and heightened staff engagement levels.
