Corona Virus (COVID-19) Update
With news of the ongoing situation surrounding the Coronavirus outbreak, we would like to provide this epost as an update to our clients.
The Indulge team is fully-equipped to continue working throughout. Should any member of the team, or indeed the whole team need to work from home, all are able to continue working as normal remotely.
Supporting hosted websites and apps
All of our hosted websites and applications remain accessible only via a secure login on the Indulge network. When working remotely, our team will still be able to access the Indulge network via our secure VPN connection, ensuring that support can continue at all times.
When in-person meetings are not possible, we are able to host meetings remotely using Google Meet, GoToMeeting or Skype, ensuring that all of our clients can still connect and meet with us online. These meetings do not require our clients to have their own accounts and we will also be able to share screens where needed.
