Jay joined STL in July 2016 as a Project Coordinator. He has undergone a number of training programmes and has excelled in the role, coordinating the internal team, suppliers and customers to deliver projects on time. Customer Service is a key driver for STL and plays a key role across the organisation and Jay was the winner of the Q1 Customer Service Award, as voted by his colleagues.
In his new position as Provisioning Manager, Jay will continue to project manage the installation of larger orders as well as leading a team of 3 who are responsible for the smooth project management of all orders. He said, ”This is an exciting time for STL as we grow the sales of hosted Telephony and SIP installations, alongside the expansion of our IT support, so I am looking forward to this latest challenge.”
