Intertronics has taken a 9,000 sq ft unit on the Station Fields industrial estate, Kidlington – twice the size of its original home on the same estate.
Intertronics was established in 1979 and specialises in adhesives and adhesive systems. The company now supplies over 3,000 customers including manufacturers, design and development businesses, universities, training organisations and government establishments.
Commercial property agents VSL arranged the deal on a new 10-year lease at £90,000 per annum with 12 months’ rent free.
VSL director Richard Venables said: “It is highly encouraging to see established firms enjoying good growth and also choosing to stay in the area.
“Fortunately, this unit was available to meet their needs and the deal was completed within a month which was a positive result for all concerned.”
