Carter Jonas Oxford Announces Promotions and Welcomes New Team Members

National property consultancy, Carter Jonas, has made four promotions in its Oxford office at Mayfield House, Summertown, and welcomed two new additions to the team. Ross Kent is promoted to Partner, and, Dan Humphry, Natasha Eliot, and Oliver Neagle to Associate level. Additionally, Jack Kibblewhite and Edward Walter have joined the firm as graduate surveyors.

Ross joined Carter Jonas’s Northampton office in 2008, moving to Oxford in 2013. An integral member of the Rural team, he focuses on estate and property management and professional services including valuation work, sales and acquisitions, and advising and managing a number of privately owned rural estates across Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and surrounding counties. Ross is also an AMC agent.

Dan joined Carter Jonas as a commercial graduate four years ago and qualified as a surveyor in 2018. He now works in the firm’s consultancy and strategy department providing strategic advice to both public and private sector clients.

Natasha and Oliver, in the Planning & Development team, help facilitate the delivery of residential, mixed-use, and commercial schemes across the region. Natasha is a development surveyor and joined Carter Jonas in 2018 from Oxford Preservation Trust, having also worked at Drivers Jonas and Savills. She provides development appraisal and disposal advice to a range of clients. Oliver also joined the firm in 2018. With five years of professional experience, he works closely with both the private and public sector, advising on development opportunities and strategy for realising the potential of sites.

Jack Kibblewhite and Edward Walter join the Commercial and Rural teams respectively, as graduates on Carter Jonas’s training programme.

Steven Sensecall, Partner and Head of Carter Jonas Oxford, said: “Our business remains focused on helping clients to meet or exceed their objectives. Our ability to do this is dependent on investment in our teams and the development of our people. As such, it is a pleasure to announce these promotions – including that of Ross to a Partner – whilst also welcoming Jack and Edward as the newest members of our office. We have a great team, and I feel fortunate to be able to celebrate their efforts.

“Over the past few months, everyone has pulled together and worked hard to remain resilient and effective across the diverse range of sectors in which we operate. As well as congratulating those who have been promoted and our new additions, it is important also that I take this opportunity to thank everyone in the Oxford office for their hard work and support.”
