The 130-acre estate sits at the heart of the Silverstone Technology Cluster and Carter Jonas’ experience of the region – across the Cambridge-Milton Keynes-Oxford Corridor – proved instrumental in it being awarded the contract by Silverstone Park developer MEPC.
