She is the Managing Director and Co-Owner of Urban Element, one of Oxfordshire's leading Digital Marketing Agencies. Her role includes; nurturing business relationships, supporting businesses to get the most out of their online presence, and overseeing the development of new websites.
Her particular areas of interest includes; leveraging Social Media for business, particularly in regards to Paid Advertising, and delivering successful Digital Marketing campaigns. With a background in training, Natasha also runs a series of seminars and events that help local businesses to develop their skills.
Giving back to the community and supporting local charities has always been a big part of Natasha's life. She is a keen supporter of Charlbury based charity, SpecialEffect, where she has competed in and sponsored events such as the infamous TwinTown Challenge. She has also been a member of business networking group Opendoorz since 2014, and has recently established a new relationship with local charity, The Mulberry Bush, who help to transform the lives of all those affected by childhood trauma.
