The award-winning estate agency Propertynest is expanding into Yateley as experienced agent Mark Holloway now joins the growing team.

Propertynest’s Elmbridge agent Doug Parks set up his branch of the franchised agency, in Surrey in the summer of 2020 and since then, the business has gone from strength to strength.  He explains:  “Welcoming Mark is about expanding the Propertynest brand from Surrey and now into Hampshire, and it’s the first step towards creating a local network of agents.  For home buyers this means we can cast a wider net to find suitable properties and it helps our vendors sell more quickly too.
