The award-winning estate agency Propertynest has expanded into Guildford with new franchisee Stephen Lowe. Stephen will now manage a property lettings and sales agency servicing residents of Guildford and the surrounding villages in Surrey.
“I am passionate about delivering quality customer service having worked in the hospitality industry for two decades,” explains Stephen Lowe. “I also manage several lettings properties in London and after the challenges of COVID, I decided to make the move to property full time. I didn’t even realise franchising was an option, so when I discovered Propertynest it was a no-brainer! The company provides an exclusive territory and all the systems and support necessary to help me set up my franchised agency full time.
“When I spoke to Vincent Anthony the founder of Propetynest it was clear we shared the same ethics, openness, honesty and drive to offer a better standard of customer service for our clients. Friends have mentioned their frustration with big agencies and my own tenants find my direct, personal approach refreshing, so now I’m looking forward to capitalising on my ability to provide quality customer service and expanding my property management and home sales services in Guildford.”
Originally from Australia, Stephen Lowe has lived and worked in the UK for more than 20 years. He is qualified in Lettings and Property Management and Sales and Residential Property (Level 3). He is married and lives in Guildford, enjoying running and walks with his French Bulldog Nelson.
Vincent Anthony, Founder and Managing Director of Propertynest confirms: “We are delighted to welcome Stephen to our team. He had been on the path to setting up his own property management company but when he found Propertynest realised he could develop his business faster and more easily with our help, training and support.
“For us, Stephen represents the ideal franchisee as he is uniquely qualified and experienced in management and business with a particular focus on customer service and that’s what we are all about. We now wish Stephen every success for the future with his Propertynest franchise.”
