Meyers, the rapidly growing, award-winning, home-based estate agency franchise has welcomed a new estate agent for Ferndown, Dorset. Natasha Morris who has worked in the property industry at both large corporates including Countrywide, as well as independent agencies since the age of 18, now brings a wealth of experience forward for the benefit of Meyers’ clients in the region.
Natasha Morris confirms: “I’ve worked in traditional agency settings for many years before taking a break to have a family. I’m now excited to become a self-employed agent for the first time under the umbrella of Meyers’ highly reputable brand. Because Meyers is not on the high street, savings on overheads are reinvested into better digital marketing, more advertising and a more highly customer centric service, helping property owners sell faster and achieve a better price. We do our utmost to take the hassle out of moving which can be otherwise be an understandably stressful time.
“I’m looking forward to help the local community and anyone relocating to the area, move on to new chapters within their lives as smoothly as possible!
“For me, moving away from the traditional estate agency model means I no longer need to spend long, unnecessary hours stuck in a high street office and with a young family this flexibility is so important. I can now work from anywhere, fit in the school run and still offer a really responsive, personal service for my customers. Because Meyers’ agents are all self-employed, it also means we are genuinely motivated to go the extra mile for our customers as, at the end of the day, successful sales and happy clients are how we make the business work.”
Mark Meyer, CEO, Meyers Estate Agents confirms: “Meyers is a new vision of estate agency which sets the bar higher. Our community connections, agents’ local knowledge plus our focus on excellent customer service set us apart. We employ the most modern, proven marketing methods to attract buyers while at the same time, putting our customers at the heart of everything we do. We are now delighted to welcome Natasha as our new starter in Ferndown as she shares our commitment to the local communities who support us, and we wish her every success in her new venture.”
