Join us for an informative panel event as our leading tax experts take a look at a new Government report into Tax After Coronavirus.
Like many other nations, the UK has had to take drastic action to help businesses, communities and families during the COVID-19 pandemic with financial support. According to the National Audit Office the Government has spent around £372 billion helping the nation to recover – one of the biggest packages of funding in peacetime.
Subsequently, Parliament and the Government are having to consider how this cost can be recovered through the tax system, without affecting the country’s recovery, which has resulted in its latest report entitled “Tax After Coronavirus”.
During this panel event, Philippa Batting, MD at Buckinghamshire Business First, will be asking our team questions about the future of taxation and what the latest report means for taxpayers to help give you some indication of what changes may be on the horizon.
