The appointments include Georgia Croucher, James Murphy and Jamie Rutter in the firm’s commercial team as well as Sophie Heritage in Planning & Development and Samuel Head in the firm’s Rural division.
Currently in the Property Management team, Croucher completed her studies at Oxford Brookes University gaining a degree in Real Estate Management. She is now undertaking her assessment of professional competence (APC), completing on the job training to qualify as a chartered surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Murphy, returns to Carter Jonas having undertaken a placement year at the firm whilst studying at Leeds Beckett University. He graduated this year with a first class honours degree and is now based in the Architecture and Building Consultancy team. Rutter, joined Carter Jonas in July on a placement year from Nottingham Trent University where he is studying Building Surveying. He is set to graduate in 2019, after which he hopes to complete his APC training.
Sophie Heritage is based in Carter Jonas’ Planning & Development team. She graduated from Glasgow University with a Masters in City Planning and Real Estate Development, having gained a degree in Geography from the same University. She joins Carter Jonas from Workman LLP in Manchester and is due to complete her APC with RICS in November this year. She is also studying to become a Chartered Town Planner with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
Samuel Head graduated from the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester in June 2017, having studied Rural Land Management. He has gained both national and international experience, having worked on an arable farm in Hertfordshire as well as assisting on a dairy farm in Tanzania and a tobacco farm in Zimbabwe. Head is now based in the firm’s Rural team and is also working towards his APC, which he aims to complete within the next two years.
