Burger & Sauce Opens in Derby

Burger & Sauce multi-unit franchisee Subhan Munir has launched his third store.  The new Burger & Sauce opened today at Derby’s best-loved retail and leisure destination, Derbion creating 15 new jobs.  The franchised fresh burger chain is situated in the high-profile shopping centre’s food court, which is currently being refurbished with more than £2 million investment. 

Subhan Munir confirmed: “Excitement has been building up to the grand opening!  We launch with two days of special promotions, with 50% off all Burgers on the 2nd and 3rd of December 2022 to welcome new customers and let them experience the amazing taste of our fresh burgers all made to order plus our range of signature sauces.”

Burger & Sauce which was named as the winner of Uber Eats Restaurant of the Year 2022 for the Midlands, now has seven restaurants with more set to open in the region within the next few months. 

Subhan Munir who also runs the Alum Rock, Birmingham and the Nottingham Burger & Sauce confirms: “It’s been an incredible year.  There are certainly challenges with increased costs which all businesses are facing right now, but we’ve worked hard to continue to offer great value to our customers without any compromise on the quality food we offer.  Our restaurants offer a winning combination of freshness, quality and convenience and our customers keep coming back for more.   All our outlets have exceeded trading expectations.  We are now proud to partner with Derbion to help create that ultimate shopping experience for visitors.”

The new Burger & Sauce in the Food Terrace will join existing brands including Subway, GDK and KFC, as well as Derbion’s eight standalone restaurants, including Wagamama, Carluccio’s, Nando’s, Pizza Express, Fridays, Five Guys and Popeyes®.

Burger & Sauce is currently recruiting for ambitious individuals to grow the franchised brand around two hours’ drive from Birmingham, in addition to master franchisees who are interested in larger multi-store development agreements slightly further afield too.  More opportunities will become available for locations all over the UK Burger & Sauce grows.
