Blake Morgan renews B4 membership to help strengthen business relations
Blake Morgan has renewed their membership of the B4 Business Community, helping to strengthen their business relationships in the Thames Valley.
The membership also allows the leading law firm, a Platinum member, to give back to this skilled and diverse community with legal expertise.
Blake Morgan is a leading full-service law firm with offices all over the UK and over 500 staff. They have specialist teams across both corporate and personal matters from commercial, corporate, banking and finance, employment and technology law to pensions and family law. Their vast range of expertise means they work in the public, third and private sectors as well as with international clients expertly tailoring their services to fit each client’s individual needs.
Commercial Partner Penny Rinta-Suksi led Blake Morgan’s collaboration with B4, ensuring the renewal centres connection and growth. Many other lawyers are also heavily involved with B4, including Richard Wade, Angela Mildenhall and Hannah Clipston who have fostered a mutual trust and respect with the group through their commitment to the B4 community.
Penny Rinta-Suksi commented:
“Renewing our membership with B4 couldn’t have been an easier decision. The support this community have given us alongside the opportunity to give back that it provides is invaluable to what we do at Blake Morgan. We hope that our relationships with and in this community continue to grow and thrive over the coming year.”
Blake Morgan has an excellent reputation in the Thames Valley for providing employment law advice. Employment lawyer Tom Pimenta has already given a brief overview of the Bill to the B4 Community on 19 June but with updates expected throughout the rest of this year and 2026, the law firm have set up an Employment Rights Bill Hub. This pulls together insights on what employers need to know regarding what has been described as the biggest upgrade to workers’ rights in a generation.
The Employment Rights Bill will strengthen workers’ rights introducing measures such as protection against exploitative zero hours contracts and fire and rehire as well as greater rights around pregnancy and parental leave.
Blake Morgan looks forward to working with the B4 community, networking and strengthening relationships in the region.
Chief Executive of B4, Richard Rosser, added:
“Blake Morgan have been a mainstay of the B4 community for nearly ten years and throughout that time have been an engaged, committed and hugely valued part of B4. Their support for the Oxfordshire Business Summit (OBS2025) in its first year was vital to ensuring the event delivered on its promise to engage the business community with the key issues affecting it now and in the future. That support has continued with Blake Morgan confirming their sponsorship for OBS2026 at Blenheim Palace next May. We look forward to working with Penny and the team and helping them to share their expertise with the B4 community and beyond.”
