Free Webinar: Coronavirus – what are the data protection risks?

In light of the emerging Coronavirus Pandemic many businesses large and small are identifying ways to work flexibly. Businesses are also expected to collect personal health data relating to the Coronavirus on individuals (including employees, visitors and contractor etc.). At Databasix UK, we wanted to provide practical advice on the data protection risks you should take into account when:

1. staff are working remotely (including remote access to servers, backups, safe storage of paperwork etc)
2. processing new categories of personal data (including, what lawful basis can be relied on, how long can you retain this information, who do you need to share this with (e.g. public health authorities in the case of notifiable diseases), where is the information going to be stored, how to maintain confidentiality.

The webinar will be recorded for anyone that is unable to attend the live session. It will last no more than 45minutes, including time for a Q&A.
