Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum (+ bonus)

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a successful and expanding local business who are looking to recruit a Shopper Operations and Engagement Manager to join their team based near Didcot, Oxfordshire.
As Shopper Operations and Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 4 Regional Executives. You must be confident in coaching and motivating a team to hit their KPIs and successfully drive the recruitment of mystery shoppers.
Additionally, as Shopper and Operations Engagement Manager, you will also be required to liaise with Account Managers and senior members of staff during board meetings. This will involve presenting reports as well as gaining an understanding of the requirements needed for mystery shoppers, which you must then accurately relay to your team.
Lastly, the successful Shopper and Operations Engagement Manager must be proactive and creative as you will be required to continually manage the company’s social media channels with the view to driving shopper engagement as well as producing monthly newsletters aimed at their shopper base.
