Due to a new contract we are looking for an additional member of staff for the Service Engineer Department. Over 25% of their current staff were promoted in 2018 so the opportunity for growth is available.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the network operations with triage faults and delivering timely fixes. The ideal candidate will have calm but calculated approach, strong decision making skills with the ability to balance conflict. After a training period, you will be included on a on-call rota. You will be checking the system for downtime, organising engineers to “fix” the issues as well as update customers on downtime.
