Senior Customer Service Consultant

Global CTS are working with a small but extremely busy business who are a leading UK distributor for Hardware. They are seeking a Senior Customer Service Consultant which could lead into a Team Leader/Supervisor role with the growth of the department. Their core responsibilities will be to deal with every customer service query.

Some of the key duties include but are not limited to:
First point of contact for customer service related issues
Supporting the sales department with the aim of taking as much as possible of the day-to-day ‘admin’ off the sales people, this could include taking orders and processing them from customers
Overseeing courier and delivery issues, such as lost, missing or damaged goods
Keeping customers up to date with timescales
Assisting with purchasing/stock matters as required
Ideal candidate will possess:
Strong background in customer service within a business to business environment
Understands the importance of every client and that every customer matters
Positive and broad minded who is able to cope under pressure of a busy office
Ability to handle difficult customers on the occasional basis
