Hours: 40 hours per week including weekends

They are looking to recruit a presentable, articulate and ambitious Assistant Sales Manager to drive forward the sales of their new home developments.
As Assistant Sales Manager, you will be required to ensure that sales targets are hit consistently, but with a real focus on providing a personal and consultative approach to the sales strategy. As such, you will need to have really polished communication skills with the ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with customers and stakeholders alike.
Additionally, as Assistant Sales Manager, you will be required to regularly analyse and record local market trends, thus able to report back to the business when required and provide proactive suggestions on how to improve the sales process.
The successful Assistant Sales Manager will have experience of excelling within the property industry with a genuine desire to further your career in a niche and high-end market.

• Full UK driving license, own car
• Experience of excelling within the property industry
• Presentable, personable and dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented and passionate to meet your targets whilst maintaining an impeccable customer experience
• Good knowledge of the local area
• Organised and methodical with the ability to produce and present accurate reports on the local market and sales process
