Global CTS are working with an established medium sized business who are looking for a Sales Administrator to join the team due to an internal promotion. The successful candidate will have a strong background in both customer services and order processing with the ability to learn technical information.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
● Answering incoming sales calls
● Raise quotations & orders
● Supporting the Internal and External Sales teams as required
● Updating CRM System
● Providing customers with updated delivery schedules
● Ensuring all customer orders, enquiries and requests are handled appropriately and customer’s expectations are managed
Job Specifications (Skills and Experience)
● Strong communication skills and experience of building good working relationships over the phone
● Sales administration
● Order processing
● Familiar with MS Office
● Self-motivated and willingness to take ownership
● Team player and accountable
