This is an exciting opportunity for an administrator / administrative assistant with experience of working in a busy office environment.
You’ll have an excellent telephone manner and good IT skills. You will be a confident communicator and take a proactive approach to managing your time and your responsibilities.
Full training will be given to enable you to learn all about the business and be successful in your role.
About the job:
You’ll work within a team of seven providing excellent administrative support to our procurement, contract and leasing teams. Your main duties include the administrative set-up and updating of
contracts. You’ll help to manage these contracts using our in-house system. Your excellent telephone manner will help build strong relationships with suppliers and customers to enable you to obtain quotations, purchase orders and other information to support our service. You’ll further support the business by working on a variety of ad-hoc projects.
