The B4 Platinum Supper Club
B4 Platinum Members are invited to join us in the B4 Private Dining Room for an evening of great food, wine and company.
The essence of The B4 Platinum Supper Club is to provide existing Platinum Members with another dedicated event for them to build their connections and relationships in the B4 Platinum group, but also to bring a guest that they feel would be a good potential addition to the B4 Platinum Membership.
We’ll also be joined by a special guest speaker and no doubt there’ll be some mixing up of the table plan between courses to ensure everyone gets a good opportunity to have conversations with as many guests as possible.
Jean-Pierre Gillet is a classically trained French chef with over 30 years of culinary experience and we’re looking forward to welcoming him to B4 HQ to cook for all of us.
Born in Orleans, South of Paris, Jean-Pierre spent his early years living and working in the family bakery. Later training classically as a French chef working near Saint Malo, Brittany.
Further into his career, Jean-Pierre has worked as a chef in Normandie, The Alps and Paris, to count just a few. Finally returning to the family bakery making breads, pastries, specialities and biscuits (in the part of Brittany where these treats are famous!), before coming to work in the UK.
Please note places are restricted to just 22 with one place per Platinum Member + their guest.
Please provide the Platinum Member’s name and full guest details on registration. Single place bookings not available for this event. Any questions, please do get in touch with Tina Rosser.
