B4 Workshop by Alan Wick Associates, Love Business
By his own admission, business is in Alan’s blood. His first words were, so the family joke goes, ‘cash flow’!
Join Alan for 90 minutes of pure gold business advice and tips from a man who, following a failed attempt to become a pop star, spotted an opportunity to rent sound equipment to the music industry.
What followed was a spectacular career in the professional audio industry. His first business rented PA systems to artists as diverse as Frank Sinatra, Motörhead, Ella Fitzgerald, Iron Maiden, Bay City Rollers, The Drifters and The Jam. Alan will tell you the story about his relationship with The Jam and how it took him to co-founding his second business Turbosound, which manufactures professional loudspeaker systems. It’s used by Pink Floyd, Paul McCartney, Oasis, Joni Mitchell, Glastonbury, Dire Straits and many more.
Alan then became involved with a business that measures, advises and trains hotels, restaurants, and pubs on their customer service. Clients include Pret A Manger, Hilton, The Savoy, Chewton Glen and Whitbread. Then he went back briefly to Turbosound before settling down to his current role as a business coach and consultant. Alan is also a CEDR accredited mediator. He is unusual in his field: as well as formal training as a business coach, he has also had 25 years of real business experience: founding, building and selling businesses nationally and internationally. Over the past 21 years Alan has helped hundreds of businesses of all shapes and sizes to achieve success; he’s contributed to three best-selling business books, and he presents a weekly business radio show.
Places for this webinar are strictly limited to 16.
Participants will be given the opportunity prior to the session to ask Alan to cover key areas of interest to them and their businesses.
