B4 Members are invited to join us for a dinner at Rhodes House, a beautiful setting for a relaxed dinner.
B4 Members are in for a real treat next March when we visit this wonderful venue for our second B4 PLATINUM Dinner of 2024. Following significant redevelopment which includes restoring existing parts of the building as well as constructing a new modern conference centre in the basement, Rhodes House will re-open its doors following three years of major works.

As you may know, Rhodes House is the home of the Rhodes Scholarships, the oldest international graduate scholarship programme in the world, and the House has hosted Scholars and their distinguished guests for almost 100 years.
McCall MacBain Hall will host our PLATINUM Dinner with a delicious three course lunch following pre dinner drinks in The Beit Room. Guests will hear more about the redevelopment of Rhodes House and how it is being transformed into a leading convening centre and home for the Trust and Partners to support its the core mission.
This event is strictly limited to 50 guests, please register early to avoid disappointment.

Sustainability in business: from ambition to action
At October’s B4 Sustainability Ecosystem members were unanimous that attaining net zero carbon emissions by 2050 was an important target in our drive to reduce our carbon footprint, address climate change and implement a sustainable business approach. However, while the environmental and social aspirations to ‘be better’ and ‘do good’ were clear, many did not know what the carbon footprint of their business was or felt unsure what the steps should be to convert strategy into direct actions. As session lead Toby Newman from environment consultants, Enistic, explained: “If it can’t be measured, it can’t be improved.”

PREMIER FOOTBALL STARS SUPPORT OXBRIDGE FOUNDATION
Football stars Andriy Shevchenko and Oleksandr Zinchenko have backed the launch of a charity (Oxbridge Foundation) which will fund scholarships for Ukrainian students affected by the war.
