Stephanie Duncan, Blenheim

Stephanie has been in her current role for nearly 10 years, previously working in charity, automotive and F1, both client side and agency. Blenheim is a multi-diverse business with a visitor attraction, property development business, 12,000 acres of land with multiple use and an overarching focus on its surrounding communities and supporting their growth with initiatives that include charity donations, apprenticeship schemes, affordable homes, renewable energy and more.

Presentation: The challenges we face in today’s world

Post COVID marketing is extremely competitive as everyone tries to recover. We face staff recruitment and retention issues, audiences shifting and business swell. Stephanie shares her challenges and how she is trying to overcome them.

Stephen Spencer, Stephen Spencer + Associates

Stephen’s business journey started in the High Street at age 15 and took him to Regent Street, via the Tower of London, to Buckingham Palace by age 30. A combination of luck, curiosity and thinking differently enabled his contribution to the cultural retail revolution of the early 1990s.

Since then Stephen has worked with, studied, learned from, and helped some of the brightest stars and most prestigious brands in the retail, leisure, and tourism sectors. His journey features milestones such as creating the Buckingham Palace Shop, launching London’s cable car, revitalising a confectionery-themed visitor attraction, and turning a national conservation charity inside-out, from property- to customer-focus.

Presentation: How to Build FORWARD Better for a Sustainable Future

Having conceived, led and facilitated hundreds of innovation projects and studied the process of innovation for over 20 years, Stephen Spencer will guide you through a tried and tested blueprint to successful and sustainable innovation.

Emma Easton, Business Bollox

Emma founded Business Bollox (BB) in 2020 (yes, during lockdown!) as the next step in a varied career in marketing, strategy, design and events. Everything that BB does helps business owners get back to what they love – offloading all the ‘bollox’ that goes with the business of business! Most of BB’s current projects are in marketing strategy and campaign delivery, and move into business strategy when it becomes apparent that more thinking is needed before diving into marketing! Emma also lectures in marketing strategy and branding, and is a co-founder at innovation and divergent thinking specialists ‘What The Quok?’

Presentation: Stop: get the thinking right before you do the marketing!

If you don’t have focus and clarity around audience segmentation, targeting and positioning, you’re wasting money. Emma explains why you need to nail the ‘STP’ to make all your future marketing decisions a cinch! Wave goodbye to wasted spend with no clear ROI.

Sam Kandiyali, Target PR

Sam has more than 25 years’ communications experience working for a range of clients from well-known brands to aspiring ones, and across various sectors too. Last year she completed an MBA (Leading Business) with research that explored the relationship between PR and purpose. This has given Target the added impetus to support organisations to be purpose-led.

Presentation: The power of purposeful communications

Now, perhaps more than ever, the need for a clear purpose (why your organisation exists) is paramount. Sam will share her thoughts on how the role of purposeful communications can contribute to the success of any organisation, irrespective of size or sector.

Matt Goddard, Thirty-Six Twenty-Six

Matt works with Executive Directors, Executive Teams, Senior Leaders and their teams. He has coached Executive Board members, Trustees and Family Business Owners as well as designing, delivering and mentoring people centred change programmes in small, medium and large enterprises.

He works with CEO’s and leaders of family businesses to help them get crystal clear about how the family can grow together.

Presentation: The one question everyone is asking

Ever wondered what the one question everyone is asking? If you knew how to answer this question, what might be the implication for your business? Come and find out as Matt shares with you one question that has the potential to transform your success.
