Wallers was founded in September 2014 by Rowan Waller, a professional Estate Agent with a decade in the industry, in order to provide a family run Estate Agency service that is truly local, personal, and dedicated to putting its clients’ interests first.
Rowan became an Estate Agent after graduating from University. During his career he has won multiple internal awards and represented at national industry awards, and has received commendations from very many clients along the way. He lives in Oxford with his wife and daughter. Rowan has a huge amount of industry knowledge, loves to sell properties and goes above and beyond to get the job done. He is also a human being who loves reading, hiking and is fluent in Spanish!

Positive Steps with Rowan Waller of Wallers Estate Agents
1. Creating a viewing experience when we had no ability (or permission, by order of the government) to actually view. We set out creating video tours for all of our instructions and we encourage our clients to opt for our 3D Virtual Tours which we create using Matterport – these provide online users with an interactive online viewing experience, where the customer is in control of the viewing.

Last summer, we ran a feature on Wallers Estate agents. A rebrand, new staff and having just moved into their new branch on Banbury Road in Summertown, Wallers were beginning on a really exciting chapter in their development. A lot of big steps have been made in the 9 months since then and Wallers as a business, as a brand and as a major player in the Oxford property market hasn’t looked like even thinking of slowing down.
