Shrewsbury Colleges Group (SCG) was formed in August 2016 through the merger of Shrewsbury Sixth Form College and Shrewsbury College. SCG is one of Shropshire’s largest employers, with strong values and a solid workforce of more than 600 staff. We work with the local business community and consider SCG provides students with greater choice and dedicated subject resources at three excellent central campus sites.
We are proud to offer the largest and most flexible curriculum offer within Shropshire, comprising of A Levels, Vocational diplomas and Technical qualifications, Apprenticeships and Higher Education courses. The college has approximately 10,000 students each year.
