How we stuffed up our crisis response but will now change our world with Dominic Hare of Blenheim Palace

Blenheim’s Dom Hare describes the erratic path taken by a purpose-led business which, while rapidly responding to the unfolding crisis, felt it was still acting like a conventional business, and not a very good one at that.

While it was able to provide a mixed bag of help to local communities, Blenheim has now edged its way towards seizing the longer term opportunity to use temporarily spare time and people to deliver on a series of much bigger projects, in particular allowing it to step change its green ambitions for the area.
